His interests towards his profession have lead him to gain exposure to international accounting standards and US GAAP. He works for a variety of corporate and business clients, with particular interests in accounting and taxation. He specializes in the provision of tax planning advice to wealthy individuals and corporate groups.

Khris Singh,Advisory Head – Canadian Operations
Being the head for advisory team, he refers the clients for our Canadian operations and for performing services like bookkeeping, taxation , payroll and equity research services. He assists in the planning and execution of business process control reviews and proactively interact with key client management to gather information and make recommendations for Prompt & Secure and process improvements.
He is a dynamic professional dedicated to the success of its clientele and gains strong comprehension of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on clients engagements for getting business.
Formerly he worked as investment manager in MSC venture corporation , the Venture Capital subsidiary of the Multimedia Development Corporation in Malaysia and he was responsible for implementing various financial plans and processes in the organization. He was also a leading member on the deal sourcing team and was the Investment manager for various listed companies on the NASDAQ and MESDAQ companies.
Prior to MSC, he was responsible for all the operations relating to finance and accounting at Ashland Chemical in North America . His activity was mainly involved in improving the operational processes for eventual SAP implementation. He also worked for Dow Chemical, where he developed application software for Dow's Financial operations and SAP support.
Has a degree in business and completed the Strategic Leadership Program from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario (CMA) and has also finished the first book in his intermediate level for Chinese Course.
M. Trinadha Rao, ACA
Qualified chartered accountant who has more than 16 years of experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, taxation. He has the ability to handle all types of audits such as internal audits and statutory audits. He has got good exposure in payroll preparations and assists in preparing accurate and valuable payroll reports. Expertised in setting up the processes involved for payroll system and gives support to all the team personnel involved in the payroll department. Involved in the implementations of various payroll softwares and also assisted clients regarding payroll queries.

He is the entrepreneur who founded Prompt & Secure Outsourcing services; who has a deep interest for learning and wanted to contribute to the changes that are happening in the field of BPO industry. His strengths include overall development of the company, developing new contacts and business avenues for the company. He also specializes in institutional contacts and interacts with the top clients for getting business to the company.
His greatest strength is his ability to see the wider technology picture in IT and understand the impact of new technologies. He reflects the highest standards of integrity and quality, as well as a full range of security and authentication services for the marketing and promoting the company. He gives high priority to provide a healthy, wealthy environment and facilities to their employees.

Sachin Latawa
As a qualified young Chartered Accounatant and CPA he plays a key role in arranging systems and administrative procedures in Prompt & Secure.
He worked in US providing services in accounting and taxation and got exposure to various softwares like Quickbooks (all versions) and Peachtree Complete Accounting. He has hands on experience in US taxation and performed taxation services in Turbotax, Proseries, Prosystemfx, Ultratax, Go System, Drakes etc. He has also developed course materials and conducts training on US and UK accounting packages, US GAAP and UK GAAP etc.
He was also a visiting faculty for CPA clasess held by Beckers in India. He is more involved in traing employess in Prompt & Secure in various accounting packages such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Sage (all versions), IRIS, MYOB, and Simply accounting(all versions)etc and US Federal Tax laws.
He continuously evaluates and improves the delivery of service by initiating and promoting new best innovative practice models and ensure that operating and quality standards are met based on the clients objectives. He has got varied experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation and more than two years experience in BPO industry. He sets himself to achieve expertise over global accounting & tax solutions, practices & standards.

Mr. Aneesh Tiwari
Project Leader
Aneesh Tiwari, a qualified chartered accountant, holds a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune. He creates an environment for continuous learning and skills up-gradation. He provide a global viewpoint, to lead project activities with executive involvement, to ask the right questions, and to assign the appropriate resources to an implementation team or administrative unit so that they can determine how to best implement the clients requirements.
He handles a team of around 27 process executives and includes process executives who are B.coms, M.coms, MBAs, CA (inters), ICWA (inters) etc.
He is responsible for reporting to the higher management teams of the company. He identifies the whole team that responsible for the implementation of the project and ensures that the final delivery is made as per the client's deliverables.
He has more than 2 yrs exp in business processing outsourcing industry and more than 3 yrs experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation.
Hariharan
Having a Masters Degree in Commerce he is responsible for the grass root level execution of the project/ work assigned. A hard working individual by nature he helps in colleagues in understanding and completing the work assigned to them. He worked as a member of the implimentation team for the most used accounting package TALLY. He holds the responsibility to complete the work given, within the specified time frame.
