Data Transfer:

The basic technical requirements are:

A Remote computer : a computer with Windows operating system (other than Windows XP home) and a Static/Public Internet IP.

A Scanner: for scanning all the source documents like bank statements, time log sheets, income records, pay stubs etc…

The data transfer protocols and processing can be established by opting any of the two ways below:

Virtual Desktop
Under this system the Application software is to be provided by the client. The scanned documents are placed in specified folders in the allotted remote computer. The files would be downloaded/processed in-house. On completion the files are replaced back in the same folder with Back ups of the application files and other supporting documents.

In this the application software is installed in the remote computer and all the scanned files in its respective folders. The users in-house will access the remote computers and process online. This system needs a Windows Server operating system.

Considering the sensitivity of the data provided to us we deploy heavy in-house and technical measures to meet the high security level mark under highly experienced qualified Microsoft professionals.
